
C. Bryan Little

for Occupational Safety and Health
As Deputy Assistant Secretary, Little is responsible for policy, regulatory activities, communications, emergency response activities and internal agency management.
Named by Assistant Secretary of Labor for Occupational Safety and Health Edwin G. Foulke, Jr., Little was selected to be the Deputy Assistant Secretary for the Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) on October 1, 2006.
Immediately prior to this position, Little served for more than four years as a Senior Legislative Officer with the Department’s Office of Congressional and Intergovernmental Affairs. In that capacity, Little managed Congressional contacts pertaining to the activities of OSHA, the Mine Safety and Health Administration and immigration-related issues pertaining to the Department.
Little came to the Department from the Washington office of the American Farm Bureau Federation, where he worked for six years as Senior Director for Government Relations.
Little is a 1986 graduate of James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration and Political Science.
Little resides in Woodbridge, Virginia with his wife and four children.
