If you are
14-15 years old: According to the FLSA, the use of ladders is not permitted to access high files that may be out of reach. Ask
your supervisor or someone over the age of 15 to help you.
16-17 years old: Hazardous Order #10 The FLSA states
that working in hospital administration is safe and legal for you to do under
the Hazardous Orders.
Note: The Child Labor Laws in your state
may be more strict. Consult your state's labor department for more information.
